2026-2027 Tuition Rates: Tuition rates will be posted on February 4, 2027.
2025-2026 Tuition rates:
Kindergarten through grade 8
Parishioner Rates:
One child – $4,700
Two children – $7,000
Three children – $8,700
Four Children– $9,300
Non-Parishioner Rates:
One child – $6,200
Two children – $8,500
Three children – $10,300
Full Day Pre-K4 Rate: $ 5,900 per child
Discounts and Incentives:
🔸Save $500 per child registered for PreK-4 when older siblings are enrolled in K-8th grade.
🔸Families who completely register by February 27, 2026 will receive $50 in Edna Eagle Bucks for Spirit Wear.
🔸Families who pay tuition in full by August 15, 2026 will receive a discount: $50 for one child or $100 for 2 or more children.
Parishioner Rate:
Families qualify for the Parishioner Rate if they are an active member of Queen of Heaven Parish or a Catholic parish that does not have a school. Parishioners will be asked to verify their active status at other parishes.

Registration and Other Fees
All registration fees can be paid by check payable to: Queen of Heaven School or taken from your existing ACH account.
Due with registration forms
$100 per student – Registration Fee (non-refundable)
$200 per family – Student Technology and Consumable Fee (STAC) (non-refundable)
$235 per student – Security Assessment Fee
This fee covers the cost of a full-time, on-site campus security officer, helping to ensure your child’s safety while attending school.
Incidental school expenses (field trips, athletics fees, science lab fees) are collected in the school outside of the fees listed here. Our staff will communicate these expenses well in advance.
The BISON fund works with families across Western NEW York to expand educational opportunities in low-income households.
If you have a financial need, we encourage you to apply for aid. The BISON Scholarship application opens January 15 with a deadline of March 31.
Families seeking additional help through Queen of Heaven Parish must first apply for BISON.
